Experience a whole weekend of Scottish & Celtic culture, with the Avenue of Clans, Scottish crafts & food vendors, Scottish music & dancing, as well as Highland Games.
Saturday, September 13th, 2025
Come out to Kelso's beautiful Tam O'Shanter Park [7] to get the full experience of Highlander Festival. Enjoy listening to the Scotish music played by Ft. Vancouver Pipe Band & Tacoma Scots Pipe Band.
Dont forget to enjoy Highland dance competitions, where dancers will be performing throughout the whole day.
At 9:00am Clan tents, Food, & Craft Vendors will open and individual heavyweight games start. Dont forget to enjoy the Festival parade begining 10:00am, starting in downtown Kelso and ending at Tam O'Shanter Park.
The silent auction begins at 11:00am, in which will end at 4:45pm when the winners will be announced.
Sunday, September 14th, 2025
At 8:00am please join us for the Kirkin' of the Tartan Worship Service at Tam O'Shanter Park and again at 9:30am at the Kelso Methodist Presbyterian Church in Kelso at 206 Cowlitz Way. There will be a bagpiper and a Highland Dancer performing.
The Highland Games will begin at the park at 9:00am with those hardy lads and lasses tossing the caber and throwing the stone. At 10:00am Clan Tents, Food & Craft Vendors open up. There will be entertainment in the afternoon at the park with the Wicked Tinkers, and Beltaine.
The Kilted Klassic Golf Tournament at Three Rivers Golf Course will be held on to be determined. Contact Mike Fowler 360-749-4925 if interested.
The Kelso Rotary will be holding their Annual Duck Race in the afternoon raising money for charities and scholarships.
