City Letters to Kelso Residents [1]

The City mailed stormwater educational letters on August 8 to a number of property owners. These letters were sent to the correct addresses but the property owner names were incorrect. The letters were educational only – they have nothing to do with stormwater fees or citizens being out of compliance.
