Salary $5,399-$6,749 per month.  Duties/qualifications: perform administrative, supervisory and professional work in planning, design, and coordinating and directing the activities of the Engineering Department; requires Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, P.E. License, 4 years of experience, with 2 years management and supervisory responsibilities.
