Paul Brachvogel is the Kelso City Manager - Attorney and Becky Bingman is the City Paralegal. The City Attorney's office handles various matters for the city of Kelso, including reviewing and drafting contracts, ordinances and resolutions, researching legal questions, providing legal advice to all city departments. The City Attorney attends all council meetings and takes direction from the City Council. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
