The City Manager for the City of Kelso is Denny Richards.
The primary responsibilities of the City Manager is to carry out Kelso city’s policies, prepare the budget, direct daily operations, coordinate the various departments and keep the Kelso City Council informed.
Additionally, many citizens will contact the City Manager to help solve a problem they may have involving services provided by the city.
Shelly Timm is the Executive Assistant to the City Manager.
